Immigration:    Arrived at 10:20 PM on flight from Hawaii.  Immigration only about 3 minutes per person, but only 2 lines open so if you don't get off the plane quick you may have a wait in the line for  more than 1 hour.

Customs:  With foreign passport the customs officer said "tourist" and when I nodded he waived me through.

Currency:   $1 (US)  = CFP 124.39  (Sep 2001)

Electric:	240v.
		These were in the Kontiki.  I was unable to use my cords with these recessed plugs.
