This mountain is always an amazing view.  Even in late Sept it has some snow on it.

The Hotel Maya is relatively new. (Wasn't there on our last trip 5 1/2 years ago).

At night the dining room filled up. The Nepalese all gathered near the TV at the far end. They showed a pro-Maoist movie with lots of gruesome videos of dead Nepali soldiers after attacks.  They then showed the same video 2 more times before I finally left.
