morning we got a slightly late start because we had two
new porters not used to starting so early.
Most of the kids loved Bill's snake, but some of the
adults were very afraid of it!
Fist sign of the Maoists?
All of this day was on old established trails.
But, road construction was evident on the other side of
the river as we heard blasting throughout the day.

Danda. Good food and nice owners.

and most of these guest houses will probably go out of
business.
Never a dull moment as kids gather to see Bill's snakes.
What goes up must go down. The entire afternoon is
downhill to the river.
New road visible on left side of river.
The bridge is down there ... somewhere.
At every stop the kids would gather around to see the
big cowboy with the snakes.
The restaurant in the Thakuri Guest house.
It has a good view of the river and the bridge.
